- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A good bank to stop if you need an ATM. If you're not a member of this Credit Union you can still achieve some of the things you need to do at this location. During opening hours they do have a notary. Anyone is eligible to apply for auto loan or mortgage here. The staff at this location is very friendly and treats everyone the same whether you bank here or not.By J Smiley, February 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a member for the past 10 years and love them. Since the Phoenix Cave Creek location shut down, I'm new to this location. Thus far, no problems. I've contacted Customer Service thru all their various options, i.e. online chat, email, telephone and in person. Of the 4 methods, I've found the telephone and email work best. However, any of these methods will get you answers fairly quickly. I've never encountered the problem, another person wrote about in their eval with the banking staff. Then again, I value MY TIME and am not timid about letting anyone, anywhere know it. I understand that people are human and therefore, not perfect. I feel that any employee that has been properly trained, and who values their job, won't have to be told twice about the importance of frontline service. If so, then they don't deserve MY business. When AZFCU makes a profit, they divide it and share with members. I've personally received several, directly deposited, into my account. AZFCU offers members many services: free online tax software, retailer discounts, used and new auto trades/purchases, financial planning and notary scvs, etc. I've yet to find another credit union that can top ALL that AZFCU offers.By Vanessa Randall, January 05, 2017
