  BofA has gone downhill! Horrible customer service and they are fee driven to nickel and dime there customers to the poor house. They also changed out their ATM's (Happy Valley/I17) and you can't even reach the screen for navigation. Closing accounts and going to CHASE!

  Least compassionate people I have ever dealt with. My account was overdrawn because I went in and had a teller pull my money out. But didn't realize I had a pending charge and then my account became negative 3 something dollars and they tacked on a 35$ over draft fee. And I asked them to waive it and let me take care of the negative. And I usually will just pay that sort of thing and be on my way. But I felt that it was the banks fault for letting me pull out all the money I had. And when I talked to the personal banker Laurie. She was cold towards me and didn't even seem to care. I had very little money to last me until I got paid and because she wouldn't even consider helping me I ended up having to use what I had left. And now I have no money for gas to get to work. Or to buy groceries that I need. I just feel like they could be more caring to their customers. And they just lost one today. And they didn't even flinch.
