A child involved in an abusive domestic dispute is not an emergency to Phoenix PD. A woman being beaten and held against her own will is not an emergency to Phoenix PD. I can't stand the officers that represent Phoenix PD, dispatch and responders alike. They drive around/sit around and do absolutely nothing. A few months ago I witnessed an officer discreetly grabbing on a young woman while in uniform, and I highly doubt that she's his wife. She could've been tricking. Protect and serve my ass.

On Thursday 9/14/17 at 0800 hrs, I called "crime stoppers" of the Phoenix Police Dept to notify them that there was individual that would be a person that was wanted (bench warrant) in forty to fifty minutes. They said they would send someone out. Thirty minutes later I called back and was told that the call was NEVER DISPATCHED. They Failed to Respond. Was told on Friday when I called to complain that they can't wait for someone to show up. But they initially told me that they WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT. I waited for Nothing.

My husband stuck up for a homeless black man that he witnessed being assaulted by a white security guard at Cass homeless shelter. He assisted the elderly man call the police, he did say repeatedly he want to press charges. The officer explained to my husband that the security at central Arizona shelter services can use any force they deem nessary, not kidding, up to and including deadly force? My husband, who is also white, politely disagreed and explained to the officer that this is not allowed because the man was not aggressive and of course you don't bend someone's hand completely back and drag them by it out the gate. You ask them to leave....I have a feeling the phoenix police are gonna be the next to make national news. Straighten up. Homeless lives matter just like anyone else's!!!! The Phoenix police are obligated to at least take a report, which they did not do. This is why homeless are abused, stabbed, raped and assaulted but do not call the police ( they feel the cops won't do anything). Its sickening and next time its being recorded and going on YouTube.
