  I'm a 17 year old female trying to get something mailed for my aunt; mind you this is my first time time having to mail something. I walk in and the only the person who was ready was an older lady; she had her arm propped up on the desk and her head on her hand looking very unprofessional and miserable. She signals for me to come over to her desk, during our whole interaction she sounded miserable. She asked me how I want to ship it out and I said regular and I guess she got fustrated cause that wasn't the right answer. So she showed me two options on the screen where you swipe the card and I chose the first one because I couldn't tell the difference between the two and she told me that I couldn't choose that one because it wasn't an envelope. Now that got me a little mad because why would you show me two options if you know I could only choose one. The name on her name tag was Jane, if y'all could do something about it that would help me out a lot.

  The mailman/woman has misdelivered/lost/took two packages in the past month! When l check the tracking number each one states that it has been delivered but it wasn't! So ticked! The post office takes NO responsibility... how hard is it to put something in the correct box?! Ugh! The last package was a DHL package that was delivered by USPS - why don't they delivery their own stuff? So of course the finger pointing ensues....

  Initially I rated this location two stars because when I called them to make sure my package was there and the gentleman on the phone was severely lacking in customer service. I decided to change my review after I went in and saw them in person to pick up my package. The woman who helped us was so incredibly nice. She was friendly and more than happy to help us with our large, heavy item. All of the people I saw were happy and seemed to be helping their guests with a warm smile. I would have no reservations about going back to this location!

  This post office is so incompetent its insane. They can't deliver to the appropriate address. Im constantly getting mail from my neighbor and vice Versa. Our homes are clearly addressed. I just tried to have an item set for pick up at post office hours before it was scanned for delivery and they still scanned it out for delivery and now I have to sit here and wait for the individual who will more than likely just take it back to the pat office forcing me to wait another day. I called the pat office twice now and just get an automated system with options that don't apply to me and then it hangs up. Absolute garbage. They need to let everyone go and close this post office. What a waste.
