- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Arrived for my 11:30 appointment on a Saturday to see a lobby full of people. The line was to the door and they had two tellers working (with five total teller counters available). Further, the line to check-in for the appointment was considerable. I am shocked to consistently see this branch understaffed on the weekends. It as though there's a lack of concern for customer service. The branch manager was busy trying to check people in, but that's a bad use of the manager. This branch has soured my perception of Bank of America--consistent issues. In Scottsdale, this lack of service wouldn't happen twice.By Eric Knott, August 05, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's serious a horrible experience each and every time I go there. It's like they are intentionally have been understaffed forever. There is always a line that you spend at least 10-15 minutes in before you get to the front. Then there is this lady that is super fake that greets you at the door like "how are you today how can I help you?" Well you can help me by getting behind that counter and help the line move a little bit faster rather than standing around doing nothing. Please hire a few more tellers so there isn't 10 people in line at all time. It's seriously ridiculous.
