- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆He worst location ever! If your a non Bank of American card holder you can not use their tellers?! Elisa the "manager" told her teller to not accept my mortage payment because I needed to use the ATM teller because that was the rule in their bank. On top of that they have two tellers working. While 5 other employees are walking the floor. The customer service is horrible you would think that they would have more tellers available when it's payday Friday and on top of the first of the month when rent is due. What could be a 5 minute visit to the bank always turns out to be a 30 minute visit.By vanessa trujillo, October 21, 2016
