- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The bank is conveniently located and the people are helpful and nice. However, if you try to CALL this bank- you get a perky and annoying: "We're sorry, we are busy helping other customers. Please call back or call the 800 #" which they then provide. Then the system hangs up! You can't leave a message... So, a simple question, perhaps directed to a specific person who set up your account for you, will not get answered UNLESS you go there! My experience has been that they are always busy, as after 8 calls from me and 4/5 from my sister - over a period of 5 days, we have yet to connect. So I called the 800 # and discovered that their own Chase representative can't reach them either! Chase Bank can't reach Chase Bank!!! This is really very poor customer service. How hard would it be to allow people to use voice mail???By Chris S., January 17, 2017
