  very bad experience and will not come back. I asked for my Kinetic watch for the glass to be replaced and it takes a 2 month period just to do it . And much worse this company do not know how to take care of a kinetic watch. My watch comes back with a degraded capacitor life despite it was replaced a year ago. I am sure for such a long time waiting for repair, the watch was not charge regularly, which a professional watch service should know.

  I love Diamond Jim's! I went there to sell some jewelry and received a fair quote for what I was selling. He is very easy to work with and even took the time to explain how he calculated the total value of the pieces. It was so nice to have an HONEST conversation with a jeweler for once. I would recommend selling any jewelry you aren't wearing that is in good condition or buying very high quality pieces for a reasonable price here. Best jewelry store in Phoenix and Scottsdale area by far. I'll be back Diamond Jim's! Thank you! **Had a great collection of men's watches and engagement rings!!!
