- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walk in at 10:30am to add my wife to my account and was told it will be a 30+ minute wait for someone to help. The bank was completely empty. No one at the teller windows. One customer being helped in a cubicle. I was greeted by what appeared to be a Walmart door greeter. Apparently they hire people that have no feasible function other than to provide a fake smile and a greeting along with "I'm sorry, I just greet people upon entrance, and do nothing else ". I would have understood the long wait if the bank was full of customers, but one customer was in the entire bank.By Jared C, November 14, 2016
