  When we bought our car we really thought we were in good hands with a reliable financing company, but ever since we have been with KJK it has been nothing but crap customer service. We purchased the car knowing that we would have a gps tracker on the car and that the car would be shut off if we were delinquent. I understood that. Now...,.what has happened MULTIPLE times since we have purchased this car is we will be maybe one to two days late on a payment, we will make the payment and then 2 to three days later they will shut off the car randomly. Their system Is totally out of whack and it totally messes with your schedule with work , kids what have you. My husband and I had a paycheck issue and we were going to be 9 days late on our payment. I made every effort I could to call kjk and let them know we were going to be late on the payment and we would make the payment on the 1st of the month... the lady I spoke to was very rude and told me she will be turning off my car and would need atleast half the payment to keep the car on. I couldn't believe that!! Over being 9 days late?? Seriously?? (this is after paying 200$ every 2 weeks on time every TIME) She wouldn't budge . She then said if my husband could send her an email with a note on it verifying they can take out the 200 on the 1st and a signature, they would keep my car on. He sent the email immediately, and low and behold my car was still off the next morning. I called and she said she never received it. I made a big stink, she turned the car back on...that night my husband re sent the email 7 times...just to get it thru her head. Then on the 1st we made the payment like promised! Next morning, car is off again. THANKS KJK. We call and this lady oh yeah MARIA is her name tells us she cant turn it on until MONDAY...my husband literally had to threaten ARSON to get her to turn it back on. All in all this company does not know how to treat their customers...I really wish there was a way I could refinance my loan with another company...
