- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mr. Sothan, I just wanted to let you know about the superior customer service I receive from your office staff. I added my daughter to my policy in August 2012 and I had many questions about how this would impact my policy, what her limits should be (she owns her car outright and has her own policy attached to mine), and how she can get the best rates as a young driver. There were a few glitches along the way with setting up the State Farm Payment Plan, and your team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and assisting in any way they could. I especially want to give Neil Concepcion and Katrina Mendoza a mention, as they have handled most of my calls. They have both been patient with me when I was frustrated over something, and have gone above and beyond to give me the best service. I love State Farm and I couldn't ask for a better agent and team. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I really appreciate everything Devin and his staff have done for me! I was with a very well known company for insurance for a decade. Now being over 40 with no accidents, tickets, and a fairly inexpensive car, I was shocked that my "other insurance" continued to either stay at the same rate or climb. After a consult with Devin, in a matter of minutes he gave me a rate quote for the same levels of coverage plus a couple bonuses (including discounts for other insurances with State Farm). I was pleasantly surprised that my auto insurance rate dropped $350 a year! In these tight times that was much appreciated. My renters insurance also declined by $125; again for the same coverages. When the time is right and I can buy a home again, I have no doubts Devin will be covering my dwelling and contents. He knows his stuff and in the 15 years I have lived in Phoenix, I have never experienced this level of courtesy and help from an insurance provider.By A Google User, January 19, 2017
