  The past month, Missing 7 Birthday cards from Colorado. Missing 2 packages. But never does a bill go missing! Constantly get the wrong person's mail mixed in..in a totally different zip code. One package is 5 weeks late and supposedly was delivered. Our mail delivery lady can come between 1 and 5pm. No consistency , and uses her own vehicle . That makes me uncomfortable after knowing all of my birthday cards are missing! Not one made it here. Will be contacting inspector general . Mail theft wherever it took place on the chain Of command is a violation of my rights

  Had a great experience today. Very friendly person helping me send a package. They are still having issues delivering mail to the correct addresses, though.

  I appreciate the friendly service I've received over the last decade. The facility is clean and any packing supplies I might need can be found for sale there. The lines can get long during peak holiday hours, sure, but it moves quickly and I witness the staff working to move things along efficiently and reasonably. Let's be patient and kind; the same will be reciprocated more often than not.
