  I arrived at this location at quarter to six on a Friday (7/21/17), fifteen minutes before they closed, to utilize their fingerprinting services (AZ Livescan). I knew that, even though I had made it into the store before they closed, they had every right to turn me away, due to fingerprinting process being a bit lengthy. I actually expected them to ask me to come back in the morning to complete the process, which wouldn't have been unreasonable. Instead, Sierra and George said they would happily help me, as long as I could get a money order at the Safeway next door, to send with the fingerprint card (I guess the Arizona Department of Public Safety requires the fingerprint card and money order to be completed on the same day). George said he would wait for me to return from Safeway, and to not worry about the time. Sure enough, because of a long line at Safeway's customer service desk, I didn't return to the UPS store with my money order until 6 pm - the time this UPS store closed - to BEGIN the fingerprinting process. To keep the story short, all I received was patience, kindness, and a few smiles from Sienna and George, even though it was I that was keeping them from fully closing, 15-20 minutes after the time they were supposed to. Yes, I was THAT guy (shakes head at himself) Thank you, Sienna and George! I greatly appreciate the positive experience and I'll definitely utilize and recommend this location's services, in the future!

  People were rude. I left and went to Moon Valley Postal and Brian took great care of me. I will never return there.

  Great service, George was very helpful. I was able to print and ship all my packages easily.
