- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever. I wanted to ship 2 items. I had a prepaid label and the company UPS account number they gave me to charge for the boxing and shipping materials. They were not able to do that. FedEx does it ALL the time!!! They then wouldn't let me watch them wrap and package it. But instead they just had me leave the items on the counter and walk away so they could help the next person in line. The manager told me, "Maybe you should go to FedEx". Unfortunately, the company gave me a label for UPS. Never again!!!!By Casey Kelley, April 05, 2017
