  I drive new 2017 volvo vnl 780 80k miles on it and this trucks has factory defact refrigerators, so our last 3 trucks refrigerators broke down too in pa volvo dealer change them real quick, but when I call this volvo dealer they said it takes 24 hours to diagnose it, and asked to wait friday to monday like a joke :) when I said this is defact refrigerator you guys should replace it right away their answer was we can not do anything about it, so they are not helpful at all.

  I give them a -5 if I could. Spent an extra 8 days (14 total) for what SHOULD have been a simple fix (8-10 hours) because they are to stupid to know how to read EMAIL.. ZERO communication.... then they broke part of the truck (unrelated to the repairs I needed) then charger my to fix what THEY BROKE... if I broke down in the street in front of them I would pay to be towed to Flagstaff
