  Bad customer service. The branch manager was in a rush to get out and I could hear her scream from where I was sitting that she wanted to leave already.

  I waited in line 20 mins I was their to take money off my card I get from my job and was declined service I stated that I have pulled money out multiple time from location he gets his manager n she says straight up we can't help you your name isn't on the card. I had been work I g at my job for 3 months at the time and u have to have a bank account or the card to receive ur checks. I stated that and they said we can't help u.

  Aweful service. Long waits. Went in three different times to order a new debit card. Temp card didn't work until I went back in the 3rd time and my permanent card still hasn't come to my home yet after 5 weeks. Now I need to go in again to see why. I hope they didn't send it to someone else. Incompetent.

  I really wish I can give you 0 stars. Even after the fact this bank just takes money out my account. My boyfriend is sick and disabled from talking on the phone and even with his pin and all his information (also him right next to me ) they said they cannot give any information AND HE'S RIGHT HERE. I did not have this problem with chase and my boyfriend will be switching over . This is the third time
