  One of the worst Bank of Americas I have ever been to. It is a busy area and they only ever seem to have one teller working. Not only that but they never seem to be able to do any of the major services that some customers need.

  Does this location have managers!? I went a couple days ago to get a temporary debit card and waited over an hour! I left and returned today and saw that they were still short staffed. I came up to the teller after a 30 minute wait and informed that I needed a temporary debit card. The guy declines to assist me and states that he is helping "well worth customers"! I requested to speak to a manager and they declined to allow me to speak to one. This is the most unprofessional place and gives Bank of America a bad name. I will never be coming here again and am seriously thinking about just closing down my account!

  Worst bank ever don't understand why can't they hire more tellers they only have one or two. The wait can be long so be patient. I had no option but to give it a star in order for me to write a review. I would of gave them a 0.
