- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When i arrived to the store on a wednesday at 4pm no one greeted me and stood for a couple of minutes because i wanted to talk to abanker!! Since no body aproached me i had to make a line to speak to a cashier and let her know that i wanted to speak to a banker. She then took my atm card and spoke to i assume her supervisor and they were both wispering... The cashier then gave me the card back and was told to wait ... After 45 minutes of waiting it was 5pm so i just decided to leave... I am not blaming the banker because he was busy attending customers!! But what i want to remark is the very very poor customer service they showed me... As i was leaving i had to ask them to apen the door because it was 5 already and the bank closes at 5. Rapidly a cashier got the keys and open the door and said thank you... More like an thank you for leaving and not make us wait.........By Erick Marquez, September 25, 2017
