    Vanessa Dominguez worst customer service ever I was standing in line she didnt even a knowledge that I was there helped a random person who hadnt been in line nor had an appointment before me I let her know the urgency of the matter and let her know how frusterated I was that everyone had given me the run around didnt take the responsibility to help me out frankly I will be closing my account I will no longer do business with bofa

    I go this branch regularly. I lost my card and spoke to Nancy Ramirez and Vanessa Dominguez. Both very helpful. I was obviously in hurry trying to freeze the account took. They took priority and gave me advise for the future. Very nice and professional. Thank you both.
