- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worst service ever i have been trying for over 1 year to have someone call me back because they reported an incorrect amount to the IRS for a settlement, and are causing me all kinds of issues with the IRs, yet no one will call me back how ridiculous. they have the ability to help someone and correct their own banking error. reporting a fraudulent amount to the IRS but they will not call me back. i have called over 20 times to speak with these peopleBy Joshua Franco, October 02, 2016
