  Perfect service for our residents to attend many of the different activities that are offered. Staff are nice and courteous. Considering this is a free service to most residents, I would say you get a lot for your money. No complaints here.

  They never answer when you call. The last 2 Monday's I've called hundreds if times and never got through. And to the one who said that the service is free let me correct you. None of that is free. Everyone who works in this state pays for these services through our taxes so trust me you paid in to it many times over just like the rest of us. They need to accept the case, get things started and deliver results if they're going to help people. Having people start all over because they didn't bring in 1 or 2 documents is rediculous and it explains why there are so many homeless people in Phoenix today. Get up and help people save their homes.....that's what part of my tax dollars pay you to do. So when I need some help I expect some help please and thank you.
