  We recently opened a business less than a half a mile from this store. I've been turned away twice by the manager only to find out later that he should've accepted my pre labeled package. The contents of my box were a high dollar value amount so the store, or driver, signs 2 copies of the receipts. One for our records and one for them. The MANAGER said that we had to take these kinds of packages to a hub, which is about 7 miles away. He told me to "read the instructions", which was extremely rude, when I finally read the, at the hub location, it says plain as day that a store clerk could've signed for it. The hub and 2 drivers told us that was not correct and he should've accepted the packages. Nothing worse than lugging around a heavy box from location to location, only to find out later that it was because a MANAGER doesn't know how to do his job.

  Waited in line for way too long, only to be told they didn't carry the projector paper I needed. (The Olive & 51st Ave location had it, but this location failed to mention that.) I even had a piece with me and they were unwilling to even try printing on it. Only one person (who was very nice) working the counter while the manager hid away in the back instead of helping her. I won't be going to this location again.

  If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I came into this store exactly 37 days ago, and paid to have a large envelope sent to Colombia, and paid the ridiculous shipping costs and import/export taxes and all that so it'd be delivered in a timely fashion. I was told it would take 10 days, TOPS. I wasn't even given a tracking number or any way to check on the delivery status, and as I mentioned, it's been over 4 weeks now, and my envelope has STILL, not arrived to it's destination...I paid extra for faster delivery that I certainly didn't receive by any means, I will not be reimbursed or compensated I'm sure, but I would love to know why my envelope hasn't arrived, or at the very least where the hell it currently is. This is absolutely unprofessional and a completely inept "business". I am utterly disappointed with my experience, and I even looked here for other people's ratings, and only went there because all of the positive reviews. Where was all that with MY service? Absolute disappointment and will not receive any further business from me.

  The owner of this store is incredibly rude. You can hardly understand him and has absolutely no idea what he's doing when it comes to notaries. If I could notarize my own documents I would have. But instead I had to deal with an encounter with this very unprofessional "manager". Would not recommend to anyone
