- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sharma (employee) up front very rude asked for tape to seal top of box and directed me to the whole tape aisle , I said all I needed was a small strip to seal box. She said "no, you have to purchase a roll". I always use UPS to return packages from school . Well they charge you $4.99 at this location for a single strip of tape . - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I let them price gouge me 5 or 6 times. Every time I went in I was shocked by their shipping quote. We sell products on EBay, and EBay has a shipping calculator that spits out UPS prices. THE PRICES YOU PAY AT THIS STORE ARE THREE TIMES WHAT YOU'RE QUOTED FOR UPS SHIPPING BY EBAY. Today, they quoted me $200 to ship an item that EBay calculated shipping at $60. I shipped this same item with them before, and they charged me half as much. THE SAME ITEM. They said: "this one's different, it's WAY bigger. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME MODEL NUMBER. (They've got an arsenal of excuses that seem believable-it's how they TOOK me so many times. They charged $40 just to put it in a box. That box was twice as big as it needed to be.
