- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is rude!! My husband and I have an account with US Bank and we love our bank. However this branch is something else. They are always VERY rude and we always have to ask them questions over and over to get an answer. They are never friendly at all and always act as if they are doing you some kind of favor to wait on you. Never will use this branch again.By A Villareal, March 11, 2017
