  Let me start off by saying I had an awful experience at this location with the bank manager a month ago. I went into the bank today for some documents to be notarized and to discuss transferring my account to another bank. However, the personal banker who helped me was absolutely amazing, her name is Brianda. She broke down everything for me and gave me some tips to better manage my account. Due to her excellent customer service skills and the experience she created for me I have decided to stay with Wells Fargo but I will only be dealing with her. Again she was very personable and solved all of my problems with ease. Wells Fargo is very lucky to have her has an employee...I hope to see her moving up to management in the future! Again thank you so much Brianda!

  I felt bad it makes me give this place one star. I just went in to get 5 one dollar bills out of checking 15 mins in line and another 15 mins to wait for the teller to come back with a 5 dollar bill. Dread coming to this branch for anything

  I'm going to start this review off by first saying I do not typically do reviews for anybody. Furthermore I have to say I have not always had the best experience with Wells Fargo. However today was a seriously redeeming moment. My account was compromised and I was in a total panic from the moment I walked in the bank Devanshi Sood was the most amazing helpful individual working at a bank I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Once I told her what was going on she immediately sat down with me as all the other bankers were busy and helped me make sure that I am in the right hands and had nothing to be concerned over. She made the process quick and effortless and was most empathetic toward my situation. Wells Fargo , you have a gem of an employee in this branch. After my experience today I will not be switching banks in the foreseeable future. Thank you Mrs Sood for all of your assistance today. You truly were the light in my dark day!

  This is based over a few visits since I opened my account. Now I remember why I closed my account here years ago. Please keep in mind that I have a son who is under 1 year old during all of this and I have him with me EVERY TIME because I'm a stay at home mom. 1st visit - Opened a joint chk/sav acct w. my fiance. For some reason I got TWO atm cards in the mail and he got a debit card. Phone - I called the 800# to see which card is my debit since both cards say ATM and the pin# document that came w. them both say they are BOTH ATM/DEBIT CARDS. 2nd visit - I went into the branch to ask which card is which since I have TWO atm cards and they say they are ONLY for the ATM. They told me to call the 800#, it's faster. I also had to change the pin# on the debit card that came in my fiance's name. Phone - Called the 800#, they said because of the type of acct I have, I have to visit a branch to order a card. 3rd visit - They tell me they cannot figure out how to order a debit card for me and they will call me back. 4th visit - After getting my debit card in the mail, it's MY bad I forgot the pin. So I went in to change it. Also forgetting I wanted to make a cash deposit, I visited the drive thru since my son was already bucked in. I made my deposit and went to the grocery store. At the store - My card declined because the teller put my deposit in my savings acct. I figured this out after making everyone wait 15 min. while I try to call the bank, get hung up on, and remember that I can do transfers with my WF App on my phone, that's when I notice the $ was in my savings. Called the branch - I expressed to her my issues, all of them. She said "What do you want me to do? I can transfer all of your money to your checking for you." NO THANKS! Please DO NOT TOUCH MY ACCOUNT. If my fiance didn't have another acct w. you, I WOULD NOT BE BANKING HERE!
