  Chris is awesome, I could not have asked for better counsel. He takes the time to explain and make sure that you understand each step of the process and keeps you updated on what is going on with your case. When there are decisions to be made about which way things can be handled, he is thorough in explaining the options and possible outcomes of each decision. He is patient and understanding, knowing that he is dealing with sensitive situations, but he also listens and is able to communicate the anguish that his client's feel in a poised and powerful way. I wasn't always sure I was explaining how I felt correctly or communicating it in a way that he could understand what I was trying to say, I mean no one knows what it's like to lose a spouse, until it happens to them. But Chris stood by, listened and fought to get not only the other drivers full policy limits but also a personal contribution from the other driver. If you are looking for an attorney who truly cares about you and is more concerned about doing right by you, chose Chris.   My daughter and I were rear-ended in 2014 while at a stoplight. My daughter was hurt upon impact sustaining a severe concussion, while my symptoms took a few days. The gentleman that hit us had insurance and I contacted them shortly thereafter where I was offered an initial $400 for my daughter's medical costs. I declined as I wanted to be sure my daughter was examined first before accepting any money. I thought if I played by the rules, then his insurance would surely reimburse us for the medical bills, but sadly, not true. In fact, they refused to pay for any of our medical bills. We were talking to a friend at church expressing our frustration and we were referred to Chris Zachar. I think I was most impressed by how I felt listened to. Chris was so kind and compassionate, and understood our frustration, aggravation, and overall feeling of anger at the injustice we were experiencing. Chris was honest and educated us on how the process works and what we could expect depending upon the insurance response so we felt less apprehensive. After going through the tedious steps demanded by the other insurance company, Chris was able to get all our medical bills paid for. In addition, he was able to get us each a little extra for the pain and inconvenience. If you have been in an accident and looking for counsel, I would not hesitate to recommend Zachar Law Firm. Chris and his staff were friendly, supportive and responsive to our situation.
