  Been coming to this location consistently for years, and there is always a huge line and two tellers working if you are lucky. Employee attitude is usually very poor too.

  I've been with Bank of America for over 20 years and this is the worst location hands down. Service is terrible, no matter what it is I need. I try to avoid going here at all costs but they are one of the only locations with a notary. I'm contemplating moving my business to another bank because this location has ruined my banking experience.

  Don't waste your time with this BOA - I waited 15 minutes in line to get to a person who pretty much refused me trying to get a temporary debit card because they were short staffed. First of all i wasted 1/2 of my lunch in line to be told that it would be another 30-45 minute wait? SMH this type of BS really makes me want to change financial institutions. I have to say they upped their phone customer service game but allowing face to face customer service to decline.

  Karina is super rude.(apparently the manager of some sort, who the hell let her slip by with her severe lacking of customer service skills??) She walks around like an arrogant ass. I can't believe I bank with B of A after this type of service. I have a decent amount of money in my accounts and I'm going to pull all of it out after my experience. I will go to a bank closer to my house with a more competent staff. To think that they wanted to be the servicer of my mortgage is beyond laughable!
