- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First impression is my last impression. Went there today to drop off 4 fairly heavy boxes. Stood in line for a few minutes without being acknowledged, so I went and got one of the boxes and came back in. Finally I got eye contact, so I ask the girl at the counter if she had a cart; she replied "no, they are all full". I was shocked, this is a SHIPPING BUSINESS, aren't carts standard???? I am 60 years old and ended up hauling all 4 boxes in myself, and still had to wait for them to take care of the customers that came in AFTER me.....unbelievable. Then once I was waited on, the guy said "you have to put them on the scale". So now after hauling those heavy boxes in, I had to lift them to put them on the scale, never once was I asked if I needed assistance. None the less I was very irritated, and both the girl and the guy looked at me like I had a problem. Never again will I frequent that horrendous UPS Store, the owner / manager needs a lesson in customer service 101, so he / she can train his / her employees on how to treat people.By D Conner, November 04, 2016
