- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff is doing the best they can bring short handed. The armed security is polite and well spoken. The tellers found the time to greet the customers each and every time. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was once a wonderful location with helpful and polite, friendly employees. What happened to this company? My family has been banking woth Bank of America for generations and the customer service they offer is more similar to using a bank machine then meeting with a human being...
