  Worst post office ever!! They don't even deserve one star! I never even go to the post office and the one time I do it was a horrible experience. If they hate their job so much they should quit! I went in asking for assistance on what's the fastest way to send some documents to the passport agency because I received a letter stating I needed additional documents. The employee who was suppose to be assisting me would just shrug her shoulders and wouldn't give me any options! she would just look at me with this blank face and threw a label on the desk. I d k if she was racist or if she's always just rude to ppl. Anyways I walked away and went to FedEx on 51 Ave and thunderbird and let me tell you guys as soon as I walked in they greeted me. I asked them for help and right away they went over the different options available for me. They are amazing!!! Now that is customer service!!

  Called to make an appointment for my passport. The lady that answered the phone didn't state her name and had a rude tone of voice. She didn't want to help me make an appointment and when I asked her, her first name she hesitated and said "My name is christy" I asked her for her last name "supervisor" is what she said. I get you work for the government and your job is so "secure" so you think you can act totally rude. I don't know why customer service is so hard with people that work with the postal service. I wish someone would look into this woman's customer service "CHRISTY SUPERVISOR"

  Last Thursday morning I left there package to be send back to Amazon (clerk told me to put it on a counter). Now it is Monday afternoon, and tracking info still not available. It is almost 4 full working days! Been there today to check what is going one - was told that there is some mysterious guy who is sorting return packages especially for the Amazon and he does not work all the time. Clerk even showed me huge cage of "unsorted" return mail where my package suppose to be. I'm not sure why it takes 4 days to scan freaking mail. This never ever happened to me in any other USPS location.
