- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Should have paid attention to the reviews. I have been a loyal h&r block customer for the last 19 years. They have lost my business forever. I had 1 w2 and they tried to charge me over $180. When I complained lady said they had no control over pricing. When she realised I was going to leave she wanted to talk to her manager to adjust pricing. She just told me they have no control. Liars!
