  Come prepared. Bring an ID, filled out form, and whatever else you think you need. Over prepared is better then waiting 2 hours to be helped. Be nice to the employees even if you've been waiting hours. Kill 'em with kindness and you'll get a lot farther. Words like can you please help me understand? Even if the employee is rude, be nice and maybe they'll lose the 'tude. -1 star because of the 16 windows and only 6 of them open, 2 of which were dedicated to the exspress line. You're open for very few hours, 5 days a week nd obviously need the support. So hire some people.

  First of all I would like to state that whom ever makes decisions as to who is considered disabled or not is a complete moron. With that being said my son has an artificial mitral valve and was determined to be pipolar by a doctor SSA sent him to and might I add struggles in school cannot focus. Well today I received a denial letter from social security administration stating that there was not enough evidence of his disability. I mean HELLO you got the info from his and your Dr. They also stated that they requested info from me and I received no letter , how do they determine if you got the letter or not do they just assume? I try my hardest to avoid going into this office because the wait is unreal it takes all day to be helped. SMH REALLY???

  The kiosk to get a number was broken the day I went, but the supervisor was directing people to sit in order in the rows of the chairs, which made the whole process seem to be faster. You could tell when your turn was coming up and he directed people as soon as a window would open up, so people were paying attention and ready to get off their butts and go to the window in a timely fashion. I had only waited about 15 minutes before my turn, and there were four rows of people waiting. When I got to the window, the rep, ROSIE, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all my questions without being condescending or grouchy. She was funny and had a nice smile on her face the whole time. I could tell she liked doing her job. She really was efficient and quick and before I knew it, I was done. All in all I spent a total of 20 minutes in the office from the moment I walked in until I walked out. They should handle the lines like they did the day the kiosks were down. Although automation is good in a lot of ways, there's nothing compared to human interaction.
